<p>Many people prefer slider phones, especially female users. They are really easy to attract eyeballs Meanwhile, these kinds of phones are easy to be broken down as a result of their frames.</p>

<div id="attachment_257" class="wp-caption aligncenter" style="width: 325px"><a href="http://www.electronicsunit.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/08/slider-phone-01.jpg" target="_blank"><img class="size-full wp-image-257 " title="slider phone 01" src="http://www.electronicsunit.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/08/slider-phone-01.jpg" alt="slider phones" width="315" height="310" /></a><p class="wp-caption-text">slider phones</p></div>
<p>Recently C&amp;K Components has unveiled the OS series of compact two-position <strong>slide</strong> <strong>switche</strong>s that feature flexible design for easy integration into standard and custom mobile communication devices and accessories, as well as test and measurement equipment, computer peripherals and network products.</p>
<div class="mceTemp">
<div id="attachment_261" class="wp-caption alignleft" style="width: 160px"><a href="http://www.electronicsunit.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/08/Slide-Switch.jpg" target="_blank"><img class="size-thumbnail wp-image-261 " title="Slide Switch" src="http://www.electronicsunit.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/08/Slide-Switch-150x150.jpg" alt="Slide Switch" width="150" height="150" /></a><p class="wp-caption-text">Slide Switch</p></div>
</div>
<p align="left">The OS series <strong>slide switches</strong> feature shorting or non-shorting contacts with gold or silver contact plating. Maximum contact resistance is 20m?, with a minimum insulation resistance of 100m? at 500Vdc. Dielectric strength is 500Vac for one minute, and operating temperature ranges from -10°C to +70°C. Mechanical and electrical life for the OS series <strong>slide switches</strong> is to 10,000 cycles. The switches are available in bulk packaging.</p>
<p>&#8220;These <strong>slide switches</strong> were originally developed for a leading manufacturer of smart phones who required a two-output <strong>slide switch</strong> that utilized very little space on the PC board to conform to strict real estate constraints,&#8221; said Vinny Acampora, product manager for C&amp;K. &#8220;The OS series switches are a particularly ideal solution in that they are capable of &#8216;piggy backing&#8217; on top of a micro-USB <strong>connector</strong>, and also feature multiple actuator options and termination configurations to meet any application-specific needs.&#8221;</p>
