Nissan showed the prototype in a Tiida compact that is already on sale.

The platform will be incorporated into a new vehicle body that will be unveiled at the beginning of August. It consists of a highly rigid body (designed to reduce vibrations and increase the car’s durability), an electric motor, and a lithium-ion battery pack built into the floor of the car so that it doesn’t eat into cargo space. The production version of the vehicle will go on sale next year, the company says, and get 160 kilometers–100 miles–on a charge.

Nissan said its intention is to create an all-electric vehicle that can be driven “24/7,” and to support that has developed an EV-IT system that connects the vehicle, through an on-board transmitter, to a global data center. Drivers will be able to check the state of charge of their vehicles online and by cell phone, and the car’s navigation center will calculate driving radius and capability of reaching a selected destination based on the current state of charge. It can also tell the driver where the closest charging stations are.

Another interesting function is a remote-controlled timer that lets the air-conditioning be turned on to “precool” the vehicle while it’s plugged in during charging to save battery use. The remote function also lets the driver tell battery charging functions to start and stop at specific times.

What are the kinds of charger?

There are various types and capabilities in the market. The charger is connected to the type of batteries for which it was designed. Most of the dry batteries are rechargeable NiMH (nickel-metal hydride). Until recently, it was also common in NiCd batteries (nickel-cadmium). The NiMH offers a much larger capacity, and it can be found in both small size (AA) and (AAA).

How do I choose a charger?

The correct choice of the charger is very important to the health of rechargeable batteries. It must be compatible with the carrying capacity of the battery. Give preference to the acquisition of the charger / battery together, as a charger with different time load cell can damage it.

good that there is a plc present. If you are involved in machining, packaging, material handling, automated assembly or countless other industries you are probably already using them. If you are not, you are wasting money and time. Almost any application that needs some type of electrical control has a need for a plc.

For example, let’s assume that when a switch turns on we want to turn a solenoid on for 5 seconds and then turn it off regardless of how long the switch is on for. We can do this with a simple external timer. But what if the process included 10 switches and solenoids? We would need 10 external timers. What if the process also needed to count how many times the switches individually turned on? We need a lot of external counters.

As you can see the bigger the process the more of a need we have for a PLC. We can simply program the PLC to count its inputs and turn the solenoids on for the specified time

3: Put the well printed PCB heat transfer paper flatly on the CCL, prepared for transfer.

4: Heating with electric irons, pressure the black plastic powder of the transfer paper on CCL to form high-precision layer to prevent corrosion.

5: The success of iron transfer pressurized heating effect! If you engage in regular, skilled, it is very much easier.

6:Prepare ferric chloride to go on corrosion.

7: Careful! not to over-corrosion, when corrosion is of the end, get ready to weld.

8: Load the milling cutter to the bench drill, clean up the part of the pad, and the remaining part is for solder.

9: Install scheduled parts and weld.

1.Do not make the iron too cold or overheated, the best temperature is between 140 ~ 170, within this temperature range, plastic toner transfer characteristics is the best.

2.Open the transfer paper when temperature is lower, slowly open, if you find there was not any good part of transfer, cover it again with heat transfer of pressurized heating.

3.If there is still some problems of some part (such as broken), please use oily carbon pen, nail polish, or paint to remedy, but this situation is not much.

Lithium-ion batteries are popular because they have a number of important advantages over competing technologies:

  • They’re generally much lighter than other types of rechargeable batteries of the same size. The electrodes of a lithium-ion battery are made of lightweight lithium and carbon. Lithium is also a highly reactive element, meaning that a lot of energy can be stored in its atomic bonds. This translates into a very high energy density for lithium-ion batteries.
  • They hold their charge. A lithium-ion battery pack loses only about 5 percent of its charge per month, compared to a 20 percent loss per month for NiMH batteries.
  • Lithium-ion batteries can handle hundreds of charge/discharge cycles.

Using a lithium-ion battery will produce more energy, allowing hybrid cars to run more as an electric vehicle, but there have been some technological hurdles.
